Prohibited Activities

The following behaviors are strictly forbidden on Munich Talk:

  • Harassment and bullying: Targeting individuals with threatening, intimidating, or demeaning messages
  • Hate speech: Content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Prohibited content: Inappropriate material, nudity, or sexually suggestive conversations
  • Fraud and scams: Misrepresentation, catfishing, phishing, or attempts to obtain money/personal information
  • Spam and promotion: Unsolicited advertising, commercial solicitations, or promoting external services
  • Illegal activities: Content that promotes or facilitates illegal behavior
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or creating fake profiles
  • Privacy violations: Sharing others' personal information without consent (doxxing)

Content Policy

When sharing content on Munich Talk:

  • Photos should be of yourself and appropriate for a dating platform
  • No copyrighted material unless you own the rights
  • Avoid overly filtered or heavily edited images that misrepresent
  • Profile information should be truthful and current

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Legal reporting for serious offenses

Our moderation team reviews reports promptly and takes appropriate action. Multiple violations may lead to escalated consequences.

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines:

  1. Use the in-app reporting feature on the user's profile
  2. Provide as much detail as possible
  3. Our team will review within 24 hours

Appeals Process

If your account is moderated and you believe it was in error, you may appeal by contacting [email protected] with your account details and explanation. We will review appeals fairly and respond within 72 hours.
